Ingredients you'll need
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 2 clementines
- 1 tbsp demerara sugar
- 330ml hazelnut milk
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
- 1.
Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Scoop the flesh into your blender. Peel and break in the banana.
- 2.
Grate in the zest from the clementines and squeeze in the juice. Tip in 1 tbsp Demerara sugar.
- 3.
Pour 330ml hazelnut drink into the blender. Add a handful of ice cubes and whizz till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
