Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 50g dried dates
  • 25g sesame seeds
Step by step this way

    Peel and chop the bananas. Halve the dates and discard any stones. Pop them into a blender with the cocoa powder and most of the sesame seeds. Whizz together with a cupful of ice. Add water to achieve your desired consistency. Taste and add a little more cocoa to taste if you like. Pour into glasses and scatter over a pinch of sesame seeds.
