Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 grapefruit
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 cardamom pods, seeds only
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Halve both grapefruit. Squeeze the juice into a blender. Peel the bananas and add to the blender. Crush 3 cardamom pods and shake out the seeds. If you have a pestle and mortar, grind them. Add the cardamom to the blender and whiz everything till smooth, blending in a little water if it seems to thick.
