Trim, scrub and chop the carrots. Quarter the pears and slice out the cores and seeds. Roughly chop the pears (no need to peel them unless you want to). Pop the carrots and pears in a blender.
Tip the walnut halves into the blender. Add a pinch of cinnamon. Pour in 300ml maple water and add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth. Pour into two glasses and dust with a little more cinnamon to serve.
