Ingredients you'll need
  • 600g carrots
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 red pointed pepper
  • 1 lemon
Step by step this way

    Cut the pepper in half. Scoop out the seeds and any white bits. Trim the tops off your carrots. Put the pepper through the juicer with the carrots and lettuce.

    Squeeze in the juice from the lemon and stir.
