Carrot, Pear & Hazelnut Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 pears
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1cm slice of ginger
  • 25g chopped hazelnuts
  • 330ml almond drink

  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Trim the carrot and chop it into small chunks. Quarter the pears and slice out the cores. Roughly chop. Halve the dates and remove the stones. Add your prepped ingredients to your blender.

    Cut a 1 cm slice of ginger and add that. Scatter in the hazelnuts and pour in 330ml almond drink (keep the rest for your other smoothies this week). Add a few ice cubes and blend till smooth.
