- 1kg carrots
- 100g spinach
- A thumb of ginger
Carrots are jam packed with beta carotene, which helps support healthy eyes and skin and boosts the immune system.
1. Zest and juice the lemon. Feed the carrots, spinach and ginger (unpeeled but washed) through the juicer. 2. Swirl the lemon zest and juice through the carrot juice to serve.
