- 4 carrots
- 2 oranges
- 2 apples
- 100g rainbow chard
- 1 chilli
Step by step this way

Roughly chop the carrots, oranges (skin and all), apples and chard. Feed through your juicer along with a slice of the chilli. Shake and sip.
