Carrot, Cardamom & Apricot Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
- 3 carrots
- 5 cardamom pods
- 1 orange
- 330ml almond milk
- 50g dried apricots

Step by step this way

Coarsley grate the carrots. Crush the cardamom pods in a mortar and pestle (or use a bowl and jam jar). Remove the husks, leaving the seeds in the mortar. Roughly crush the seeds. Peel and roughly chop the orange.

Put everything in your blender, as well as the apricots and almond milk. Add a few ice cubes and whizz together.
