Carrot, Cardamom & Apricot Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
- 400g carrots
- 330ml almond milk
- 5 cardamom pods
- 50g dried apricots
- 1 clementine
From your kitchen
- A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

Coarsley grate the carrots. Crush the cardamom pods in a mortar and pestle. Remove the husks, leaving the seeds in the mortar. Crush the seeds finely. Peel and roughly chop the clementine.

Put everything in your blender, as well as the apricots and almond milk. Add a cupful of ice and whizz together.
