Ingredients you'll need
- 2 carrots
- 2 apples
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 50g dried apricots
- 250ml hazelnut drink

- Couple of ice cubes
Step by step this way

Trim and scrub the carrots (no need to peel unless you want to). Roughly chop the carrots, then place in a blender. Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the apples and add to the blender. Drop in the apricots and sprinkle in a pinch of cinnamon.

Pour in the hazelnut drink with a handful of ice cubes. Whiz till smooth and serve.
