                    Ingredients you'll need
                - 1 lemon
- 800g carrots
- 2 apples
Step by step this way
                    - 1.Top and tail the lemon (where most of the bitter white pith is). Pop through the juicer with the carrots and apples. Sip, sip, hurray. 
- 2.Nutritional tip: Beta carotene and potassium in carrots, pectin in apples and vitamin C in lemons all support the cardiovascular system.
