Ingredients you'll need
  • A head of broccoli
  • 2 apples
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 330ml almond milk
From your kitchen
  • A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

    Chop the broccoli florets and stalk into small chunks. Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Chop the apples into small pieces. Grate the ginger. Scoop the stones out of the dates.

    Add everything to your blender with a cupful of ice. Pour over the almond milk and whizz till smooth, green and creamy.
