This smoothie is bursting with flavour from sweet blueberries and juicy orange blended with nutty pumpkin seeds and chocolatey crunch from raw cacao nibs, rounded off with a creamy glug of cool oat drink.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 orange
  • 125g blueberries
  • 25g pumpkin seeds
  • 5g raw cacao nibs
  • 330ml oat drink

  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Peel and break the bananas into your blender. Halve the orange and squeeze in the juice. Tumble in the blueberries. Sprinkle in the pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs.

    Tip in the cashews and pour in 330ml oat drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Drop in a few ice cubes and blend till smooth.
