  • 2 oranges
  • 125g blueberries
  • 15g hemp seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 330ml oat drink

Step by step this way

    Peel the oranges and add them to your blender Tip in the blueberries and the hemp seeds. Peel the banana and break that into the blender.

    Pour in 330ml oat drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies) and add some ice cubes. Whizz till smooth and creamy.
