Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 125g blueberries
- 25g pumpkin seeds
- 300ml maple water
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Tip in the blueberries and pumpkin seeds.

Pour in 300ml of the maple water and add a few ice cubes. Blitz for 1-2 mins till smooth and combined, then pour into two glasses and serve.
