Ingredients you'll need
  • 125g blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 50g dried apricots
  • 20g oats
From your kitchen
  • 250ml cold water
  • A handful of ice cubes
You'll need
  • Blender
  • Measuring jug
Step by step this way

    Tip the blueberries into the blender. Peel and break in the bananas. Roughly chop the dried apricots, then add them to the blender too.

    Tip in the oats and add a handful of ice cubes. Pour in 250ml cold water and blitz till smooth and combined. Pour into glasses and serve.
