Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 orange
  • 125g blueberries
  • 35g cashews
  • 300ml maple water
From your kitchen
  • A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

    Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh, discarding the stone. Slice the skin from the orange and discard it. Pop the orange and avocado flesh into a blender with the blueberries and cashew nuts. Pour in 300ml of the maple water and add some ice. Whizz till smooth and creamy.

  • Tip

    Avocado a little firm?
    When you unpack your box, pop your avocado in your fruit bowl and nestle it next to the bananas from your box. They will help the avocado ripen and soften.

  • Tip

    A nice long soak
    If you have time, soak the cashews in water overnight. Drain, rinse and add to the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Soaking makes them easier to blend and may make them easier to digest.
