Ingredients you'll need
- 2 blood oranges
- 2 bananas
- 1 lime
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 250ml coconut water
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
- 1.
Use a small, sharp knife to slice the zest and white pith off the blood oranges, then slice the juicy flesh out of the papery membranes. Pop the orange segments in your blender. Squeeze the membranes over the blender to squeeze out any juice. If any flesh is clinging to the zest, press it over the blender to squeeze out any last drops of juice.
- 2.
Peel and break the bananas into the blender. Squeeze in the juice from the lime. Push the baby leaf spinach leaves into the blender and pour in the coconut water. Add a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins to combine. Serve straight away.
