Ingredients you'll need
- 125g blackberries
- 2 apples
- 2 bananas
From your kitchen
- 250ml cold water
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Tip the blackberries into your blender. Quarter the apples and slice out the seeds and cores. Roughly chop the apples and add them to the blender. Peel the bananas and break them into the blender.

Pour in 250ml cold water and add a few ice cubes. Blitz for 1-2 mins till smooth. Serve straight away.
