Ingredients you'll need
- 125g raspberries
- 2 Medjool dates
- 2 bananas
- 250ml almond drink
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

Tip the raspberries into your blender. Squash the Medjool dates onto a board and remove the stones. Roughly chop the dates into small pieces and add to the blender. Peel the bananas and break them into the blender.

Pour in the almond drink and add a handful of ice cubes. Whizz, pour into glasses and serve.
