Beetroot & Strawberry Smoothie

Bringing some cool beats (or should we say beets?) in your kitchen today are juicy strawberries, fresh mint and earthy beetroot, taking a spin with banana and tangy goji berries for big red blaster of a smoothie.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 250g strawberries
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 banana
  • 15g goji berries
  • 330ml tiger nut drink
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Pick the leaves off the strawberries and pop the strawberries into your blender. Scrub and trim the beetroot (see our tip below) and chop it into small chunks. Add the beetroot to the blender.

    Peel the banana and break it into the blender. Tip in the goji berries.

  • 3.

    Pour in 330ml tiger nut drink (save the rest for your other smoothies) and add a few ice cubes. Whizz together till smooth and purple.
