- 1 grapefruit
- 4 beetroot
- A 100g bag of spinach
- A thumb of ginger
Step by step this way

Juice the grapefruit by hand. Push the remaining ingredients through the juicer, alternating them as you go. Swirl in the grapefruit juice.
