Ingredients you'll need
- 4 beetroot
- A punnet of blueberries
- 2 apples
- 1cm of ginger
Step by step this way

Pop it all in your juicer. For a thicker texture, freeze the fruit and blend with the juiced beetroot and ginger.

How to freeze your fruit For the blueberries, simply rinse, pat dry, and decant into a plastic tub. Freeze for a few hours or till frozen solid. For the apples, peel, core and cube, the freeze.
