- 2 bananas
- 4 Medjool dates
- 35g walnut halves
- 330ml almond milk
- A few ice cubes
Peel the bananas and break them into the blender. Pop the stones out of the dates and add the dates to the blender. Tip in the walnuts and pour in 330ml of the almond milk.
Add a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins till smooth, then serve.
Nice & freezy
For a thicker shake, slice the bananas and freeze them the night before you want to make the smoothie. Add the frozen banana to the blender and forget about the ice cubes. Blitz till creamy and combined.
