                    Trusty breakfast buddies team up to make this smasher of a smoothie, which blitzes bananas, oats, peanut butter and raisins with a splash of refreshing coconut water to make a deliciously energising start to your day.

                    Ingredients you'll need
                - 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 20g oats
- 25g raisins
- 250ml coconut water
From your kitchen
                    - A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
                    - 1.Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter. Tip in the raisins and oats. 
- 2.Pour the coconut water into the blender. Add a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
