Ingredients you'll need
- A 50g bag of cashews
- 1 banana
- 2 clementines
- A 50g bag of dried dates
- A pinch of garam masala
Step by step this way

If you can, soak your cashews and dates. Put them in a jam jar, cover with water and soak for at least 1 hr or overnight. This will make them easier to digest and they’ll be creamier when blended.

Drain the cashews and dates if you’ve soaked them. Blend with the banana, whole peeled clementines and a pinch of garam masala.
