Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 2 pears
- A handful of walnuts
- 1 lemon
- ½ tsp mixed spice
Step by step this way

Peel your bananas. Roughly chop your pears, discarding the seeds and stem. Tumble into a blender with a handful of walnuts, ½ tsp mixed spice, the zest of your lemon and a squeeze of juice. Pour in 250 ml cold water. Blend till smooth, adding more water if needed.
