- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 25g sesame seeds
- 330ml oat drink

Step by step this way

Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh with a spoon into your blender, discarding the stone. Peel and break in the banana.

Cut the orange in half and squeeze in the juice. Sprinkle in the sesame seeds and pour in 330ml oat drink (save the rest for your other smoothies this week). Drop in a few ice cubes and whizz till smooth.

When you unpack your box, give your avocado a gentle squeeze. If the flesh gives slightly, it’s ripe and can be stored in your fridge. If it feels a little firm, pop the avocado in your fruit bowl to ripen at room temperature for 2-3 days.
