- 1 avocado
- 2 pears
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon

- 250ml cold water
Step by step this way

Halve and stone your avocado. Scoop out the flesh. Pop in a blender or food processor. Peel and roughly chop your pears and apple, discarding stems and cores. Add the zest of your lemon and a good squeeze of juice. Blend with 250 ml cold water till smooth. Taste. Add more lemon juice or water, to make it perfect for you.

Avocado not ripe? Pop it in a paper bag with the free banana we sent you and it should soften up in a couple of days.

TIP: for extra fibre and goodness, leave the peel on your apples and pears. The smoothie will be more textured but you'll get an extra dose of goodness with every sip.
