You’ll feel utterly divine after imbibing this zesty green smoothie. It’s creamy and sherberty, stuffed with vitamins and minerals and gets an extra hit of hydration from fresh cucumber.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 oranges
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber
From your kitchen
  • A cupful of ice
  • 250ml ice cold water
Step by step this way

    Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh into your blender. Peel the oranges and cut them into pieces. Slice the skin and white pith from the lemon, then add the lemon. Roughly chop the cucumber.

    Add everything to the blender with a large cupful of ice and 250ml water. Blend till smooth, adding more water as necessary.
