Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 apple
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
From your kitchen
  • 300-400ml ice cold water
Step by step this way

    Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh. Peel, core and chop the apple. Place them both in a blender with the baby leaf spinach. Pour in 300-400ml ice cold water and blend till smooth and creamy. Serve straight away.

  • Tip

    Top banana
    There's a banana in your box to help ripen up your avocado. Place them in a paper bag together for a couple of days and the banana will help the avocado ripen. You can also add chopped banana to your smoothie for a little extra sweetness if you like.
