Ingredients you'll need
- 4 oranges
- 2 mandarins
- A thumb of ginger
- A pinch of cinnamon
Step by step this way

Zest and juice the oranges and mandarins. Squeeze the juice into a jug. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Swirl in a pinch or two of cinnamon. Pour into a couple of glasses filled with ice.
