  • A head of celery
  • A handful of mint
  • 1 lemon

    Roughly chop everything (including the whole lemon, skin and all) and feed through your juicer. Juicing the whole lemon gives you maximum benefits but if you're unsure, just add a squeeze of juice in at the end.
