Apple, Tahini & Spinach Swirl

This bright green smoothie gets its velvety texture from nutty spoonfuls of tahini and tender spinach leaves, blitzed till smooth with sweet apples and mild, refreshing celery.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 apples
  • 1 celery stick
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 40g tahini
  • 400ml maple water

  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Quarter the apples and slice out the cores and seeds. Roughly chop the apples and pop them in your blender. Trim the dry ends off the celery stick, then roughly chop it and add to the apples.

    Tuck the baby spinach leaves into the blender and spoon in the tahini.

  • 3.

    Add a few ice cubes to the blender and pour in 400ml of the maple water. Blend for a few mins till the smoothie is combined. Serve straight away.
