Apple Pie Smoothie

All the flavours of a seasonal treat, blitzed into a fresh, creamy smoothie. Crisp apples and crunchy carrot go for a spin with banana, a pinch of cinnamon and a splash of almond drink for sweetly spiced sipping.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 apples
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 banana
  • 250ml almond drink
  • A pinch of cinnamon

  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the apples and add them to your blender. Scrub and roughly chop the carrot (no need to peel it). Add it to the blender. Peel and break in the banana. Add a pinch of cinnamon.

    Give the almond drink a careful shake to make sure it’s well mixed. Pour in the almond drink. Add a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins till smooth and. Pour into 2 glasses and dust over a little extra cinnamon to serve.
