Refresh yourself with this sharp-sweet and creamily green smoothie that whizzes crisp apples with juicy kiwi fruit and zingy lime, leafy seasonal kale and a rich dollop of dairy-free yogurt.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 apples
- 1 kiwi
- 50g kale
- 1 lime
- 125g dairy-free coconut yogurt
From your kitchen
- 100ml cold water
- A handful of ice cubes
You'll need

- Measuring jug
Step by step this way
- 1.
Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Add the apples to your blender. Halve the kiwi fruit, scoop out the flesh and add it to the blender.

Strip the soft kale leaves off their cores and add the leaves to the blender. Juice in the lime and dollop in the dairy-free coconut yogurt.
- 3.
Add 100ml cold water and a handful of ice cubes then blitz till smooth. If the smoothie is a little too thick, trickle in some more cold water and whizz again. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
