- 2 apples
- 2 Medjool dates
- 50g lamb's lettuce
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- 330ml almond milk
- A few ice cubes
Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the apples and add them to a blender. Pop the stones out of the dates and then add them to the blender. Drop in the lamb’s lettuce.
Give the almond milk a shake and pour in 330ml of it. Add a few ice cubes and blitz till smooth and combined. Serve straight away.
