Apple & Date Shake

Shake-shake-shake, shake your smoothie – it’s full of crisp, crunchy apples and toffee-sweet Medjool dates, shimmied together with fresh leaves and cool almond milk for a drink that’ll have you dancing round the kitchen.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 apples
- 2 Medjool dates
- 50g lamb's lettuce
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- 330ml almond milk

- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
- 1.
Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the apples and add them to a blender. Pop the stones out of the dates and then add them to the blender. Drop in the lamb’s lettuce.

Give the almond milk a shake and pour in 330ml of it. Add a few ice cubes and blitz till smooth and combined. Serve straight away.
