Seven Sisters Sheep's Cheese, Organic, High Weald Dairy (125g)

This delightful, semi-soft, sheep’s cheese has matured for up to 12 weeks to gain its light, nutty flavour. But what makes each piece truly unique is the coating of Hebridean seaweed that dresses the cheese in a striking, green coat of speckles. It also layers a salty tang on top of the creamier flavours for a mix of mouthwatering tastes you won’t forget.

Medita Sheep's Cheese, Organic, Abel & Cole (125g)

This is a cheese that has its origins in the Med, made with organic sheep milk that has a very distinct flavour. It's quite sharp and fresh and is semi-soft, crumbling fairly easily. You probably know it by another name: Feta. Use it to perk up your pastas, salads and pizzas.

Try it... warmed in the oven, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with oregano.
