KULT Kefir is a Brussels-based craft producer redefining soft drinks through bioscience and traditional fermentation. Founded in 2020 by bioscience engineer Mathilde, the KULT Kefir brand was born from kitchen-table experimentation. After receiving her first kefir grains from her mother, Mathilde recognised the untapped potential of this naturally fizzy, low-sugar fermented drink. Today, KULT craft organic water kefirs that are refreshing, complex and naturally functional. They focus on low-sugar, alcohol-free beverages made from organic ingredients, fermented in small batches using living cultures. KULT remains committed to sustainability, clean ingredients and crafting drinks that celebrate fermentation as both an ancient craft and a modern, health-positive alternative.
