Slow-growing by nature, the turkeys live free range on open pastures and are allowed to fully mature – building natural flavour and texture over time. After processing, the birds are hung in a purpose-built cold store to enhance tenderness and taste, a method the family takes great pride in. Frenchbeer Farm now supplies organic turkeys throughout the year, combining long-standing farming traditions with a careful, hands-on approach to quality.
