Enebral’s Sobrasada is a soft spread made from the sweetest, smokiest organic chorizo. It’s soft enough to spread on a sandwich, bringing a rich, colourful blend of paprika and pork with each generous layer. This organic cured meat comes from Iberian pigs that forage freely on grasses, cereals and nuts in a sort of agroforest grassland called a dehesa in Andalusia. It’s only with the deep respect and care of the farmers that such delectable sobrasada can be made and savoured in every meaty sandwich.
