Enebral’s Sobrasada is a soft spread made from the sweetest, smokiest organic chorizo. It’s soft enough to spread on a sandwich, bringing a rich, colourful blend of paprika, pork and garlic with each generous layer. This organic cured meat comes from Iberian pigs that forage freely on grasses, cereals and nuts in a sort of agroforest grassland called a dehesa in Andalusia. It’s only with the deep respect and care of the farmers that such delectable sobrasada can be made and savoured in every meaty sandwich.

Ready to eat. A very versatile product, sobrasada can be used spread on toasts for an aperitif or tapas. It pairs particularly well with something sweet, making it delicious when drizzled with honey.

Traditionally from the Balearic islands the paste can be used to enrich stews, add depth of flavour to pasta sauces, or as a topping for pizza.
