Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated below 5degrees. Once opened consume within 3 days. This product has been lovingly slow cooked, so you don't have to. Reheat in a preheated over at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes, until piping hot. If adding a sauce, remove form the overn after 15 minutes, cover with the sauce and return to the cooker for a further 5 minutes. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing do so on day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost throughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
