The welfare of the pigs is of the utmost importance to Helen (she’s spearheaded the development of organic pig systems in England, in fact) and because they feel the sun on their backs and are free to roam the lush pastures on her Eastbrook Farm, these British sausages are second to none when it comes to quality. Not to mention, they're free from gluten, artificial preservatives and nitrites. Due to their wholly natural ingredients these sausages might not be as pink as you might expect or vary in colour a little, you'll find the taste speaks for itself mind you!

Storage & prep

Store chilled <8degrees C. Once opened use within 3 days. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and before use by. Can be frozen for up to two months. Once defrosted use immediately. Do not re-freeze.

Oven, grill or fry (in a little oil) for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked through.
