Friends of the Earth, an environmental charity are on a mission. It's their goal that by 2030 the next generation will enjoy an environment that's getting better: a safer climate, flourishing nature, and healthy air, water and food.
They've already made much headway. EU countries, including the UK, have backed a permanent ban on the outdoor use of 3 bee-harming pesticides. Thanks to their bee campaign (and their many supporters), these nasty neonics won't be allowed anywhere near our precious pollinators.
