Jody Scheckter at Laverstoke Farm wanted the tastiest, healthiest food for his family, without any compromise. Since then, he’s created a biodynamic farm with a micro-biology lab that tests the compost and compost teas for the proper balance of good bacteria and fungi. It all comes from the belief that biodiversity is needed for a healthy natural environment and that slow growing plants taste better. After all, patience is a virtue.
