It all started with Stefano’s parents and their 225-tree olive grove in Alghero, North West Sardinia, an area renowned for the fantastic quality of its olive oil. These days, Stefano and his foodie bunch are our go-to guys for traditional, Italian, organic food. And we’re not their only fans. They started selling their organic food (including fresh pasta, piadinas and Italian cheeses) on the streets of dear old London: the markets of Spitalfields, Portobello and foodie-fave Borough have long been a-buzz with these incredible Italian imports. From their days on the London markets, these guys have grown into a flourishing business that sells over 300 products that are all anchored in traditional production methods alongside organic and high-welfare farming and husbandry.
