Sometimes you just want someone else to cook for you. Fantastic chefs at W4, Will, Allison, Keith, Vicky and Chloe, have done just that. They have created a range of delicious organic meals to cook from frozen, using all organic ingredients and without adding nasty ingredients that sound like they should be in a science lab. We deliver them frozen in our Woolcool® packaging, ready for you to pop in the freezer. So prepare to put your feet up and unwind.

Keep frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Oven: Preheat oven to 200°c / 180°c Fan / Gas Mark 7. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place onto the middle shelf of the oven. Cook from frozen for approximately 35 minutes. Ensure that the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. Microwave: Remove the outer sleeve and pierce the film lid in several places. Heat on full in a 750D oven for 4 minutes, stand for 1 minute, cook for a further 4 minutes and then stand for 1 minute before removing film lid and serving.
