They're so deliciously rich and creamy and they're organic, so you know the cows had a good time making the milk. Beth at Godminster likes to bake her brie (with garlic and rosemary), which she'll dip sourdough bread chunks in. With the cheddar, it's posh cheese on toast all the way.
