Producer

The olive wood for this stunning chopping board comes from Daniel Shires and Anna Roberts. They source the best quality olive wood using branches that no longer produce olives, so have to be cut off anyway to encourage growth on the rest of the tree. Daniel tells us, “We have our own production, but also use many small independent producers really giving back to the local community in the south of Spain (Andalucia) where our wood is from.”
